Gulkand is a natural coolant and helps to have a sound sleep . It also helps to remove toxins from body and helps in aiding skin condition. With a blend of Gulkand along with dryfruits, rice and milk makes a perfect dessert which is the Gulkand Kheer.

Each bowl contains  500g of freshly prepared kheer.
